Reflections 2023-24 – Volunteers Needed!
We are looking for a team of volunteers to help revamp the Council Reflections Program that can get things rolling in our district!
There is never a shortage of talent from our amazing Student Artists ~ they just need a few volunteers to make the program available to them!
Arts categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, Visual Arts. Students who identify as having a disability and may receive services under IDEA or ADA: Section 504 may enter in the Special Artist Division or grade division most closely aligned to their functional abilities.*
For each Category there are 5 Divisions:
- Primary: Grades prek-2
- Intermediate: Grades 3-5
- Middle School: Grades 6-8
- High School: Grades 9-12
- *Special Artist-for students with disabilities
- Special Artist Elementary: Grades preK-5, or

Theme Search, Art Contest Rules, and Student Entry Forms:
National PTA is seeking a theme for the 2025-2026 Reflections program year. The student who submits the winning entry will receive $100 and their theme will be presented at the annual National PTA Convention. Repeat themes will not be considered.
The due date for submitting a theme search entry is November 1, 2023. Scan and submit entries by email to ptaprogdir@wastatepta.org

The National PTA special artist division is an option for students with a disability as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA). Generally, rules and guidelines within the special artists division are intended to ensure accessibility to the National PTA Reflections® program and are modeled after the guidelines outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
