2022-23 Theme: Show your voice
Calling all student artists from elementary to high school! We know we have talented VPS students! Students submit their completed works of art in one or all of the available arts categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, Visual Arts.
Students who identify as having a disability and may receive services under IDEA or ADA: Section 504 may enter in the Special Artist Division or grade division most closely aligned to their functional abilities.*
For each Category there are 5 Divisions:
- Primary: Grades prek-2
- Intermediate: Grades 3-5
- Middle School: Grades 6-8
- High School: Grades 9-12
- *Special Artist-for students with disabilities
- Special Artist Elementary: Grades preK-5, or
Special Artist Secondary: Grades 6-12

3. Come to Reflections Roundtable offered this fall for all the info you need to start your program. Date and location will be updated in late August.
Theme Search, Art Contest Rules, and Student Entry Forms:
National PTA is seeking a theme for the 2024-2025 Reflections program year. The student who submits the winning entry will receive $100 and their theme will be presented at the annual National PTA Convention. Repeat themes will not be considered. 50 years of themes.
The due date for submitting a theme search entry is November 1, 2022. Scan and submit entries by email to ptaprogdir@wastatepta.org

The National PTA special artist division is an option for students with a disability as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA). Generally, rules and guidelines within the special artists division are intended to ensure accessibility to the National PTA Reflections® program and are modeled after the guidelines outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
